Christopher – Director of Video Productions
I never stop. That has been my mantra extending back from when I was in growing up right to the point when this biography was written. I have an insatiable appetite for learning, a passion for technology, a love of creativity, and a desire to apply those traits in a manner that will continuously provide value to the organizations and clients whom I am affiliated with. My career spans over 20 years within the IT and Dynamic Media Industries. The first 13 of which consisted of managing Business Development and Marketing operations for several technology based marketing organizations. In 2003 I started a firm that provided affordable knowledge as well as Marketing Collateral and Dynamic Media assets to assist small businesses seeking to market themselves and promote their brand via the Internet and Social Media channels. Often I am told "Wow, you really get us!" when presenting solutions to clients. This is the ultimate compliment to me and confirms my beliefs that to be successful in this field you must constantly be willing to go that extra mile in understanding your client and their objectives.
Dutch – Director of Business Development
PERSONALITY EXTRAORDINAIRE! I spent the first 20 years of my career in the Payment Systems Industry. I then ran two successful private businesses including "Dutch's Water" and "Dutch's Golden Touch" which I developed, then sold. I have been working successfully in stock promotions for the last 9 years. I enjoy working with start-up companies because I've been there at least 4 times myself, and I understand their needs/pain/frustrations. Once a new relationship with a client is started, I enjoy the progress/growth that they experience, as if it was my own business. I've played all the major sports. In the 70's I played on a basketball team of last cuts from the NBA and ABA. More recently at a Phoenix Suns game, I was chosen to shoot a 3-point shot for a promotion. I was successful in front of a crowd of over 16,000 and won a big screen TV (took 2 to lift). My wife Patty and I have 4 great, grownup children, Nikki, Den, Ashley, Trisha, and a son-in-law Todd! We all (except Todd) were born in the Chicago area, and I continue to be a Chicago Bear and Cubs fan.
Jonathan – Director of Communications
My professional experience has been gained through the continual pursuit of new interests and absolute perfection. I developed an array of skills while serving clients in the marketing, technology, and financial services industries. Always fascinated by the latest technology and marketing techniques, I continue to broaden my areas of expertise and work hard to ensure the service I offer is always considered to be exceptional. Industrious and attentive to every small detail, my chief aim is to always provide the best results possible to those I serve. Aside from my role here, I am still an active trader and enjoy reading and writing on a broad range of topics. When not working or busy learning new things, I enjoy snowboarding, playing classic video games from the 90s, and helping nonprofit organizations in the area with their technical challenges.
Michael McCarthy – Managing Director
I was born on May 5th and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, by my father Francis McCarthy and my mother Barbara McCarthy. They did a wonderful job in raising me! I attended Catholic School for 16 years and earned a soccer scholarship to play at Saint Joseph's College. I was involved in football, baseball, basketball, soccer, wrestling, track, and swimming. My mom and dad never missed a game! I come from the brand side of business. I worked with Xerox coming right out of college and helped grow the Xerox personal copier and plain paper fax machine brand. Then I moved to Best Buy, when they had just 82 stores and were number 2 to Circuit City; after I left almost five years later they had over 600 stores and were number one. I then moved on to Cellular One to build branding for the new cellular phone market in the Midwest and Florida. In 2004, we started DreamTeamGroup (DTG). It has since grown from just one brand to now over 27 brands providing a full suite of Investor Relations (IR), Public Relations (PR), and Social Media Relations (SMR) services. But I did not do it alone, as I assembled The "DreamTeam," a talented Team of fine, talented, smart men and women. This group of young and old talent has assisted in re-shaping the Small-Cap landscape and is now a driving force for the future of this diverse space.
Shawn – Director of Accounting
Born and raised on the East Coast, I attended a private school with my major in business and economics. Shortly after graduating, I started my own business and grew the business over a 7-year period being fully involved in the accounting side. After selling the business for a profit, I decided to further my education in Accounting. I have enjoyed a successful career of over 15 years in the Accounting industry. My private industry work progressed through corporate controller to owning my own business and handling books for multiple companies. Accounting management is my primary focus, working for a variety of companies such as Keller Williams Realty, AIG, and GMAC. When I’m not working, I spend as much time as possible enjoying the Arizona outdoors with my husband and 2 golden retrievers! Certifications and proficiencies: QuickBooks, Peachtree, Quicken, and Microsoft Money. Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor®; QuickBooks POS Certification.
Sherri – Director of Content Strategy
Things that make me tick: I love the open road (and sky!), whether it's for a pleasure run, marathoning, or traveling in the U.S. and abroad (I live about 50% of my life out of a suitcase); coaching others to achieve their running/healthy lifestyle goals; waking up to start the day with a job I enjoy; baking, which explains anything active, ie; yoga, Pilates, tennis and snowboarding; and people who don't take themselves too seriously. Writing and editing have an equal value of business and pleasure in my world, and most importantly, I am blessed beyond measure with my awesome, quirky family.
